Every year I make certain goals and resolutions that I seem to never keep working at past February. This year with me being pregnant I can’t do my usual lose 100 pounds goal and I think it could be for the best. I want to make sure that I don’t gain another 60 pounds with this pregnancy and really try and keep my weight gain to the suggested 15-20 pounds. So in order to make this a lasting effort I am not necessarily making goals, but doing a more and less kind of thing.
