2013 Resolutions




Every year I make certain goals and resolutions that I seem to never keep working at past February. This year with me being pregnant I can’t do my usual lose 100 pounds goal and I think it could be for the best. I want to make sure that I don’t gain another 60 pounds with this pregnancy and really try and keep my weight gain to the suggested 15-20 pounds. So in order to make this a lasting effort I am not necessarily making goals, but doing a more and less kind of thing.

More Walking

More Fruits and Veggies

Less salty foods

Less Soda

More Water

Less TV

More reading

Less stress

More Scrapbooking and Crafting

Less Worrying

More Praying

These are just a few of the many things I will be working on this year. Feel free to link up and tell me what you will be working on. I would love to have some accountability partners!

  1. Sounds like very attainable goals! You can do it!
    I want to spend more time in prayer, get some exercise and start crafting regularly.

  2. You can do it Jess. I am going to focus on strengthening my relationship with God, getting back on my Bachelors degree, being a better mommy and wife, and try to get a little more motivated to lose a few pounds when they finally get my tummy fixed. Congratulations on your pregnancy!!! I am so happy for you. Oh yea, and I love and miss you so much around school girl!
